What are my start-up costs?
None. When you outsource your work to Emrazina Technologies, we take care of the entire recruitment and management process. You either pay for the exact amount of work done through our outcome-based payment model, or make fixed monthly payments for your remote, exclusive team members. There is no start-up fee, and you pay nothing until you start outsourcing your operations.
Do I have to pay taxes and insurance for team members?
No. We hire the team members for you, and they are always our employees, not yours. You have no obligation for employee benefits, taxes, insurance or employment laws.
How do I make payments?
You can hire and pay us through reputed platforms such as Upwork and Payoneer, using your credit card, PayPal, ACH or bank account, or eCheck. You can pay weekly or monthly, depending on how we lay out the service level agreement.
How do we communicate?
We are always available by email, Skype, Google Hangouts, Slack and similar tools. We create dedicated Slack channels for our clients for easier, instant communication.
How do I protect my intellectual property?
Confidentiality is extremely important to us. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for you, and we encourage you to have one in place for every project you outsource, to anyone. If you hire us through Upwork, you are also covered by their terms of service, which contain default non-disclosure terms.
